A) Products in stock: 2 - 10 business days.
B) Products out of stock: 5 - 20 business days.
C) Products on request: 5 - 30 business days.
1) FREE in mainland Spain for purchases over € 70 , taxes included, except for decoration products .
2) If the amount of the order is less than 70 euros or with destination outside mainland Spain, then the transport costs will be charged to the customer and will be calculated based on the country, city, delivery priority, weight and volume of the order.
3) The delivery area for these items is limited to Spain (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Albania, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia , Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.
4) Orders to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and the United Kingdom are authorized, to place an order they must contact through Customer Service.
5) The delivery of orders will be made by a logistics operator Monday through Friday within the normal business hours at the address given by you to the ordering. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator comes, they will leave you a note and their customer service department will try to contact you to close the delivery.
6) In the case of shipping to physical stores in Spain , transport costs will always be free .
7) Orders with priority transport service will always be paid by the buyer and calculated according to the country, city, delivery priority, weight and volume of the order. The amount will be informed during the purchase process.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY:
• You have 14 days to make the return or exchange .
• The purchase receipt in paper or electronic format is essential.
• Any item to be returned or exchanged must be presented in its original condition , keep all labels and packaging, be in perfect condition, without use, manipulation, washing or personalization.
• The items that are part of a pack will not be returned for separately .
• For hygiene reasons, no exchanges / returns of party items , swimwear, underwear, costume jewelery and furs, or, in general, any item that has been used, washed, personalized, arranged or gives off any kind of smell will not be accepted .
FORMS OF EXCHANGE / RETURN:
A) EXCHANGE / RETURN AT ILY SALOTTO DE ESPAÑA STORES.
• Certain decoration items ordered through the online store cannot be returned in stores. Consult with SAC.
• The return of the items will be made as follows:
1. A voucher for the amount of the refund without expiration date to be exchanged at any ILY SALOTTO store in Spain.
2. Exchange the item for any other in-store stock, paying the difference in amount or issuing a voucher in the event of a lower value.
B) EXCHANGE / RETURN ON THE WEBSITE.
• The Buyer can contact the ILY SALOTTO Customer Service by connecting from his customer account or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
• The Service to the Customer ILY SALOTTO will give you a return code and instructions accurate for sending items to return.
• You must send your product through the logistics operator of your choice, postage paid .
• If the verification of the status of the order is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse you the money that you had paid at the time in the same form of payment from which you made the payment, within a maximum period of one month .
• The first size change is free for Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). ILY SALOTTO will send you the new size or color for FREE.
