By placing an order, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Orders can only be made to purchase goods without the intention of reselling. Any resale or distribution of the products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to be able to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by a client with whom there may be a difference / controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the client is violating any of the specified purchase conditions or is participating in any criminal activity.

You can only place your orders from the website: www.salottobrand.com, through landing page or other stores open on a social network, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
2.1. Purchase procedure
You will be able to freely navigate the website without committing to make a purchase until you find the desired item. Once located, by clicking on it, you will access all the detailed information offered by the website. From there you can add the item to your purchase.

Register an order

Final validation of the order

Coupons / Gift vouchers
1) Issuance of coupons
Discount vouchers are materialized in a code to be indicated already attributed to a customer's account. A code can be sent by e-mail or postal mail in periods of special events or the client will be informed by e-mail of the attribution of a coupon in his client account.
2) Conditions of use of coupons
Unless otherwise indicated regarding the use of a coupon when registering a first order, several coupons can be used in the same purchase. The coupons issued include an expiration date that cannot be modified. No new coupon may be issued or attributed to a User to replace an expired or unused coupon.
The application of a coupon necessarily implies that the value of the basket (before the calculation of the shipping costs) is higher than the value of the coupon, unless the particular conditions of use of said coupon require a minimum purchase amount (before the calculation shipping costs). In this case, the value of the basket (before calculating the shipping costs) must be higher than the value of the minimum purchase required for the use of the coupon.
A Buyer may not, in any case, request ILY SALOTTO to deduct from a purchase already validated and paid the value of a coupon not indicated, selected or defective, at the time of placing the order.
Coupons are valid only on the ILY SALOTTO page.
They cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
3) Use of coupons
To benefit from the discount associated with a coupon, the User must indicate the code that has been assigned to him in the sale "Register your coupon code or your gift voucher" or by clicking on the link "Use the coupons and gift vouchers that you have collected".
After having indicated or selected the coupon, the User must click the "Ok" or "Validate" button. The reduction will be immediately deducted from the amount of the purchase.
4) Refund of an order placed with a coupon

2.4. Contract with ILY SALOTTO and acceptance of orders
The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of receipt, but this does not imply that the order has been accepted, since they will be subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance.
We will confirm the acceptance of the order in an e-mail in which we will inform you that the order is being sent. Only at that time will the contract between you and us be formalized, and only for the items listed in said shipping confirmation.
2.5. Confirmation and cancellation of orders

2.6. Currency, taxes and price

In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be considered VAT exempt, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties derived from the entry and exit of the product in said territories (according to current regulations), and which must be paid directly by the customer to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and must be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT or not depending on the delivery territory, as indicated in the previous paragraphs). Transport costs (if applicable) as well as taxes and duties for the entry and exit of the product in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included in said price.
Purchases destined for the Canary Islands are exempt from Spanish VAT, but the customer must bear the taxes and expenses of entry and exit of the product in their Community (IGIC, customs clearance, etc.). These expenses must be paid directly by the customer to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product. In the same way, the client must bear the cost of leaving the product from their community (customs clearance) when the order is returned, plus the cost of shipping the package from the logistics operator that must be paid at the time of shipment. In no case will ILY SALOTTO accept returns sent postage due.
The prices are indicated in euros. These prices include eventual reductions, as well as the VAT applicable on the day of purchase.
The prices indicated are guaranteed with the limit of available stock, except for important changes in charges and especially VAT, and except for typographical errors or omissions. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs that will be invoiced separately and specified to the User at the time of the final validation of their purchase.
ILY SALOTTO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the Articles will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registration of the order, under conditions of availability of said Articles.
When a validated order contains one or more erroneous elements (price, description, photo, coupon ...), ILY SALOTTO reserves the right to cancel and proceed to refund the latter.
2.7. Payment method and security
Any order placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation. Only orders for which payment has been completed and verified will be placed.
Payment must be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit and debit card, store payment or PayPal. (ILY SALOTTO reserves the right to exclude or include any new form of payment)
1) Payment through bank transfer.
Once the order is finalized, we will reserve the item or items you have ordered for 9 days and, as soon as we register the payment, we will proceed to dispatch the order immediately. 2.8. Deliveries: types, deadlines and problems
Delivery can be made to the address you choose (except in the PO box) or to the ILY SALOTTO store of your choice.
Home delivery of orders will be carried out by a logistics operator within normal business hours at the address indicated by you when placing the order. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator comes, they will leave you a note and their customer service department will try to contact you to close the delivery.
A part of the articles is purchased directly from the suppliers to constitute a pre-stock. These items are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
The other part is reserved for the collaborating brands or purchased after-sales from the suppliers according to the number of orders placed by the Buyers. The suppliers then ensure the shipment of these global orders to the ILY SALOTTO warehouses. Once received, the Logistics Service treats the arrival and prepares each of the orders. The articles are in this case processed and shipped in 1-12 days after the Buyer's order is registered, depending on the reactivity of the suppliers.
The usual delivery time will be approximately between 2 and 10 business days after the order is approved, processed and shipped. B) PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK: 5-20 BUSINESS DAYS / ORDERS 5-30 DAYS.

Custom products between 5 and 30 days.

In this case, the final global term will be approximately between 5 and 20 business days. In the case of special orders, it will take approximately 5 to 30 business days.
Transportation costs with Standard service will be free for the customer and will be assumed directly by us if the order amount is greater than or equal to 70 euros and with destination mainland Spain.
If the amount of the order is less than 70 euros or with destination outside mainland Spain, then the transport costs will be charged to the customer and will be calculated based on the country, city, delivery priority, weight and volume of the order.
Orders with priority transport service will always be paid by the buyer and calculated according to the country, city, delivery priority, weight and volume of the order. The amount will be informed during the purchase process.
In the case of shipping to physical stores in Spain, transport costs will always be free.
After sending the order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the package. The buyer will be able to follow his package by clicking on the link provided for this purpose.
The Items are sent to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer in his customer account. If the buyer has several delivery addresses stored in their customer account, they can select one of them before completing their purchase and proceed to payment.
ILY SALOTTO declines all responsibility in the event of a significant delay in shipping attributable to postal services or carriers in general, as well as in the event of loss of the Items during transport.
If, at the time of delivery, the order packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to check the status of the items. If damages are observed, you must detail them on the delivery note and contact the SAC. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all those items that have been damaged or lost during transport, as long as you notify us of this incident as soon as possible. Please note that orders will be weighed for delivery prior to dispatch.
Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, certain Items in an order may be defective, may be missing or not in conformity.
Therefore, upon receipt of the order, the Buyer must verify the conformity of the Items received and must reject any package opened, broken and / or reconditioned by the carrier. Any anomaly related to delivery (item missing, broken, non-compliant, or damaged) must be notified, within 3 days of receiving the package, to the ILY SALOTTO Customer Service.
Any claim made outside this period will be rejected and ILY SALOTTO is not responsible. If the conditions mentioned above are met, ILY SALOTTO will proceed to refund the defective item or reship the missing Product. ILY SALOTTO reserves the right to request, at its expense, the Buyer to return the defective Item. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 72 working hours from the date of receipt of the package by ILY SALOTTO.
Once the order is delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all damages that may arise will be your responsibility.
Package lost: If within 5 working days of the shipment of your order, the Buyer has not yet received the notice from the carrier or the necessary online tracking information for your package, it should be presented to your nearest post office or carrier agency. or to your collection point, with the tracking number of the package available in your customer account as well as the confirmation email received once your package has been sent.
If the Carrier does not find the package, the Buyer should contact the ILY SALOTTO SAC as soon as possible.
Customer Service will contact the Carrier. The Buyer will receive an e-mail informing him of the contact established with the carrier whose response time varies between 10 and 30 days. If the package appears, it will be immediately forwarded to the Buyer. If the package is considered lost, ILY SALOTTO will proceed to refund the total amount of the order.
2.9. Return, exchange and refund policy
You can return the item to any of our ILY SALOTTO stores in Spain, except for decoration products, or send your product through the logistics operator of your choice, postage prepaid. In the latter case, the client will always be responsible for the transport costs (which must be paid to the logistics agent at the time of collection). In the orders delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must also bear the cost of the product's exit (IGIC, customs clearance) when the order is returned.
We remind you that the deadline for any return is 15 days from the date the order is placed and appears on the purchase receipt.
A) Returns and exchanges IN STORE
You can return or exchange the items ass purchased in our stores ILY SALOTTO of Spain, other than products of decoration. Duty to visit any of our stores and submitted with the items ass document for returns, exchanges to be received at the time of delivery (sales receipt).
The return of the items will be made as follows:
1. A voucher for the amount of the refund without expiration date to be exchanged at any ILY SALOTTO store in Spain.

B) Returns and exchanges ON WEB SITE.

ILY SALOTTO Customer Service will provide you with a return code and precise instructions for shipping the items to be returned.
Mark the items to be returned on the purchase receipt that you receive with the order.
You must send the item / s in the original packaging in which it was delivered by the logistics operator.
You must send your product through the logistics operator of your choice, postage paid. In the latter case, the client will always be responsible for the transport costs (which must be paid to the logistics agent at the time of collection). In the orders delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must also bear the cost of the product's exit (IGIC, customs clearance) when the order is returned.
In this case, ILY SALOTTO advises to send the return by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.
We remind you that the deadline for any return is 1 4 days from the date the order is placed and appears on the purchase receipt.
Certain items and services cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal:
- Supply of goods made according to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Provision of audio recordings, videos or computer programs when they have been unsealed by the Buyer;
- Supply of newspapers or magazines;
- For hygiene reasons, changes of party items, bath, underwear, costume jewelery and fur or, in general, any item that has been used, washed, personalized, arranged or gives off any type of smell will not be accepted.
Once the return has been received by us, we will verify that the returned items physically correspond to the return delivery note and additionally that they have been received in perfect conditions of use, complete, with labels, in their original packaging and without any evidence of having been used, washed, personalized or repaired, the articles must be accompanied by all their accessories, labels, user manuals and documents.
If the verification of the status of the order is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse you the money that you had paid at the time in the same form of payment from which you made the payment, within a maximum period of one month. Otherwise, we will contact you to send you the item again (the transport costs associated with this new shipment will be at your expense).
If the reason for the returns, exchanges or n is a flaw, you have two options:
1. Delivery of the item in store, where our sellers will verify if it is a damage attributable to us.
